If you are not happy with the quality:

If the quality of your order does not meet your expectations for any reason, mail only the items you are not happy with to the following address and we will either reprint your order or give you a full refund. Please use Regular Post only when mailing your order to the following address:

Please note that only orders which were delivered to the customer's home should be returned to the address above. All other orders, including orders placed at the store and orders paid for at the store should be returned to the store.

Please include the item that you are not happy with, a copy of your receipt with the Order ID number and a description of the problem in your package. In addition, please indicate whether you would like us to reprint the order or provide a full refund. Reprints will be mailed back at our expense, free of charge.

If we made a mistake:

If we missed an item in your order, or printed the wrong item, please email us at . Include in your email, your Order ID number(s) along with a brief description of the problem. We will reprint your order, free of charge.
